Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.

If it’s more than 15 days since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt/ proof of purchase/ Order ID.

Refunds (as applicable)

Once we receive the return item and finish inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and whether we have approved/rejected your returned item.

If the return is approved, then we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (as applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@festivecolours.com and send your item to: Festive Colours Limited, 1 Woodside Avenue, Swindon, SN3 1DX.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Festive Colours Limited, 1 Woodside Avenue, Swindon SN3 1DX.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
